1) When you contact us and inform us of the day and time of your journey, we will notify you via message when the vehicle departs to avoid any concerns on the day of the journey. Our vehicles take you to the airport with enough time for your flight.

2) The vehicle driver assists passengers with luggage in loading their luggage into the vehicle and taking the luggage to the departure terminal at the airport. (To avoid contact due to the coronavirus, the suitcases are not touched unless necessary.)

3) If you are an incoming passenger, we request your flight number when you contact us. Your plane is tracked in real time and the vehicle is kept ready at ESB before the plane lands in the area. When you exit the arrivals terminal after completing your baggage process, our vehicle meets you at the exit gate. It delivers to your desired location without waiting.
